A 4.3 inch full colour LCD touchscreen not only serves to make this phone very attractive but also enhances the potential of the VVX 601 to improve your productivity on the phone. This touchscreen provides full access to a full array of call management features and other advanced features.

Camera Compatibility

This 601 is compatible with the Polycom VVX camera, which is connected with the USB connection to provide video calls via the large screen. Other connectivity options include an RJ9 headset port and integrated Bluetooth 2.1, allowing both corded and cordless headsets to be added for more isolated and concentrated calls.

Polycom VVX 601 PoE

The VVX 601 uses Power over Ethernet and therefore does not come with a power supply. This saves you both time and space otherwise occupied by excessive cabling. If you would like to purchase a separate AC power supply the Polycom VVX PoE power supply is what you are after

    Voice quality is amazingly clear, love the touch screen and programmable buttons. Easy to transfer call and set up conference calls. Loads of features I’ve not even tried yet. This is such a step up from my old Polycom. Phone was delivered on date stated and seller was very helpful with my queries. Would not hesitate to recommend the Commswarehouse.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
