Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. We use DPD, Interlink and UPS – all deliveries MUST be signed for when received.
Once your order is shipped we will have the tracking information. If you wish to track your delivery please get in touch with us. You can then track the progress of your delivery by contacting the assigned courier directly, you will need the tracking number and this will be sent on request.
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period then please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the fault and requesting a “Returns Number” and returns address. Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
