How soon will you dispatch my order?
For orders received before our 3PM (GMT) cut-off time, we aim to dispatch your goods on the same day we receive payment. In some cases it may take up to 1 working day for us to dispatch your order. Sometimes it is possible to dispatch up until 6PM (GMT), in cases of urgent requirement please contact us.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. We use DPD, Interlink and UPS – all deliveries MUST be signed for when received. Find out more about Shipping & Delivery.
How do I return my order?
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period then please notify us at email@example.com detailing the fault and requesting a “Returns Number” and returns address. Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this. Find out more about Returns & Refunds.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order is shipped we will have the tracking information. If you wish to track your delivery please get in touch with us. You can then track the progress of your delivery by contacting the assigned courier directly, you will need the tracking number and this will be sent on request.
Can I pay over the phone?
Yes, we can take and process your order by phone. Please provide your card details and we will process card payments over the phone. Find out more about Payment Options.

We provide a full 12 month warranty on all equipment.
