Poly CCX 600 boasts the largest screen from the CCX series with a 7 inch colour multi touch screen LCD display; that is perfect for executives, managers and anyone wishing to increase their productivity when using their desktop phones.

In 2019 Plantronics and Polycom merged to form “Poly” to combine legendary audio expertise with powerful video and screen sharing capabilities.

Poly’s state of the art audio technology includes HD Voice, Acoustic Clarity and Acoustic Fence ensures CCX600 Teams Call Logvoice calls are loud and clear with no background noises often created by busy office environments. Full duplex speakerphone offers world class echo cancellation.

Simple and intuitive interface design lets users get to work straight away; the dedicated Microsoft Teams button enables the user to easily launch straight into contacts and meetings. In conjunction with the larger screen makes for an efficient user experience.

The CCX 600 is easy to install and includes built in Wi-Fi. Meaning it can be installed in a location that does not have Ethernet support.

    Straight forward to provision via integrated wifi, the screen is massive and works well in the Teams environment, it’s a little strange to get use to without a physical keyboard but so far has performed exceptionally for my intended purpose. Having used many of the VVX range the voice/call clarity on the CCX 600 is as you expect from a polycom device.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

RETURNS:

If your product develops a fault then please notify us by phone on +44 (0) 333 222 6636 or at returns@commswarehouse.co.uk detailing the fault and requesting a Returns Number and address.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
