Mitel 5320e Backlit IP Phone

The Mitel 5320e Backlit MiVoice IP phone is a full feature, applications telephone that features a large backlit graphics display, embedded gigabit support, Mitel live content suite, hot desking and eight self labelling keys that can be programmed as speed dial keys, line keys, or feature access keys. Twelve fixed function keys provide convenient one touch access to commonly used telephony features, navigation keys and menus, as well as customise user settings. The Mitel mivoice 5320e IP Phone also has three contextual softkeys to help users easily navigate through telephony functions.

This refurbished Mitel IP Phone has been reconditioned to the highest standard and comes with our UK based warranty. Making this Mitel IP phone a cheap and cost effective solution to your office phone unified communications needs. This IP telephone is not suitable for home use.

Each phone is carefully refurbished by our technical experts, to be sure that it runs at the very highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your telephone are the base stand, phone receiver, new curly cord and new line lead. These telephones may be refurbished, but you wouldn’t know it from their condition.

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
