Mitel 5320 IP Phone

The Mitel 5320 IP Phone is an economical, entry level, self labelling business IP telephone; that is specifically designed for telecoms intensive companies. Users that require a converged IP network to deliver productivity and customer enhancing apps and services to the user desktop. This includes UC, speech recognition, PC integration, contact centre and remote voice / data apps.

The 5320 and 5320e are the same telephone, but the ‘e’ model has a built in Gb network port.

IP Phone

The 5320 IP Phone shows Mitel’s on going commitment to the ease of use and user value; while delivering phone and communication features and apps. It is ideal for business executives, company and team managers and staff; and it can be used as an ACD agent, a turret telephone or a teleworker phone.

All active Mitel phone system admins will like the ability to manage the telephone users through remote access; removes the need for any hand written paper labels, there by reducing install time and on going costs.

Each telephone is carefully refurbished by our technical experts; to be sure that it runs at the very highest of standards. Plus, they come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Included with your telephone are the base stand, phone receiver, new curly cord and new line lead. These phones may be refurbished, but you wouldn’t know it from their condition.

This refurbished Mitel IP Phone has been reconditioned to the highest standard and comes with our UK based warranty. Making the Mitel 5320 IP telephone a cheap and cost effective solution to your office phone requirements.

WARRANTY INFO:

All of our refurbished and new products come with a warranty ranging from 12-36 months. We provide a ‘return to base’ warranty as standard but replacement items may be dispatched in advance of the warranty examination procedure where pre-agreed. Any replacements made within the warranty period will continue to have a warranty that covers the original term from point of purchase.

All items with NEW condition receive a 12 month warranty

All items with REFURBISHED condition receive a 36 month warranty

Please also note:

  • Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of the goods will invalidate the warranty and any return postage will be payable by the customer.
  • Our warranty excludes consumable products e.g. batteries.
  • Our warranty is not applicable outside the United Kingdom unless by pre-arrangement.
  • A £20 Admin fee will be charged for any item returned under warranty where no fault is found If the product fault is deemed to fall within the terms of the warranty then we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at our discretion.
  • If it is outside of the warranty period, we may offer a chance to repair the item at a cost to be quoted.

Please ensure that the Returns Number is clearly indicated on the parcel, as we cannot accept returns without this.
