Lenovo Thinkpad T450
The Lenovo Thinkpad T450 design uses the same chassis as it predecessor the T440 so is proven to be robust and durable. The lid is carbon fibre and the body and interior roll cage is made of magnesium meaning this unit can take some abuse. This business laptop has passed MIL-SPEC tests for extreme temperatures, humidity, vibration, sand, shocks and fungus.
The T450’s keyboard is exceptional in performance with 1.9mm of travel the keys have a very strong tactile feel making typing extremely accurate and comfortable thus improving your wpm rate considerably.
This ThinkPad comes with two different pointing devices; a Trackpad pointing stick for more precision in navigating and highlighting text, zooming from one side of the screen to another or clicking small icons without having to lift your hands off the home row of keys. Also a traditional Touchpad that is smooth and accurate in navigating and when performing gestures such as pinch to zoom, two finger rotate and four finger swipe.
On the right side is one USB 3.0 port, Ethernet port, VGA out port, headphone/mic jack, a 4 in 1 card reader and Kensington lock slot. On the left is a mini DisplayPort out and two USB 3.0 ports.
